1. Overview Welcome to PeterAI. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Airi Media LLC ("PeterAI," "we," or "us"). By creating an account and using PeterAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. PeterAI is designed for general informational use and is not intended for emergencies or professional advice.

3. Description of the Service PeterAI provides an AI-powered, voice-first assistant that answers everyday questions and offers guidance. The service relies on artificial intelligence technology, including Large Language Models (LLMs), which are probabilistic and may produce variable results.

4. Trial and Subscription The trial is free and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. After the trial expires, certain features become unavailable unless you subscribe. No subscription is activated automatically. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or trial limits at any time.

5. No Professional Advice & AI Limitations
- No Professional Advice: PeterAI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
- AI Hallucinations: You acknowledge that AI systems may "hallucinate" or confidently generate inaccurate, misleading, or false information. You should not rely on PeterAI for critical decisions. Always verify outputs independently.
- Emergency: In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

6. User Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use You agree strictly NOT to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
- "Jailbreak" or perform "Prompt Injection" to override safety filters or behavioral restrictions.
- Generate content that impersonates others without consent or creates "deepfakes."
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use the service to train other AI models.
- Disrupt the service’s functioning or bypass usage limits.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
- Your Inputs: You retain ownership of the text and voice inputs you provide.
- AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PeterAI assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the service for your inputs. You may use the outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
- Service Rights: We own all rights to the PeterAI app, interface, branding, and underlying technology.

9. Privacy Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PeterAI, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Disclaimers PeterAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, uptime, or that the AI will meet your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeterAI (and its service providers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms (e.g., attempting to jailbreak the AI) or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the app at any time.

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)
- Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, rather than in court.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
