- Transactions are processed exclusively by Apple/Google. We do not receive or store your credit card information, only your subscription status.

4. AI Model Training & Data Usage
We do not use your personal voice recordings or text inputs to train our foundational artificial intelligence models. Your inputs are used solely to generate responses for you and to improve the immediate service experience.

5. Third-Party Data Processing and Artificial Intelligence Services: 
To provide PeterAI's core features, including artificial intelligence chat and voice generation, we share specific categories of personal data with third-party service providers. By using PeterAI, you explicitly consent to the processing of your data by the following named providers:

- Anthropic (AI Processing): We transmit your text inputs, voice transcripts, and related account identifiers to Anthropic to generate the AI conversational responses.
- ElevenLabs (Text-to-Speech): We transmit the text outputs generated by the AI to ElevenLabs to convert them into spoken audio.
- PostHog (Analytics): We share usage data, product interaction metrics, and device identifiers to analyze app performance and improve the user experience.
- Postmark (Email Communications): We share your email address and relevant summarized conversation content strictly to send you requested email summaries.
- OneSignal (Push Notifications): We utilize your device push token to deliver timely alerts and notifications.

Security, Legal Basis, and Compliance: All listed third-party providers act as our sub-processors. Data is processed on the legal basis of providing our core contractual services to you and improving app functionality. We ensure that all providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and maintain industry-standard security safeguards (including SOC 2 and GDPR compliance, where applicable). We do not engage in cross-app tracking or sell this data to third parties.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
- Transcripts: Retained while your account is active to provide chat history.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the app settings or support.
